7. Warranty and Guarantees

Warranty coverage applies to defects in workmanship and does not cover damage from improper use, neglect, or normal wear and tear. 8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Precision Zebulon Concrete shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
